Mattress Foam

Barco offers a variety of foams suitable for making your own, custom mattress.  Materials include visco-elastic memory foam, and latex.  All mattress foam comes in a variety of densities or ILDs and sizes. 

Memory Foam

Visco-elastic or Memory foam comes in 2 sizes and 2 densities.

Queen-sized: 3# and 4# densities

King-sized: 3# and 4# densities

Latex

We also offer a variety of 6" latex foam cores: 

14-24 ILD

28-32 ILD

36-40 ILD

All latex cores are available in Twin XL, Queen, and King sizes. 

Latex Performance Cores

Performance cores are manufactured with 7 individual zones to accommodate the way we sleep. These zones ensure that the mattress better moulds itself to the shape of your body. The zones distribute the pressure of your body evenly and guarantee that the spinal column always retains its natural line.



Performance cores are available in Twil XL, Queen, and King sizes.
